     Kristin Gräfin zu Solms-Wildenfels was born on 27 May 1938 at Wildenfels, Germany^G. She is the daughter of Friedrich Magnus V Graf zu Solms-Wildenfels and Marie Antoinette Prinzessin von Schwarzburg. She married Dietrich Gross on 3 April 1971 at Oberhöchstadt, Germany^G.
     Her married name became Gross.

     Dietrich Gross was born on 25 December 1923 at Lissa, Germany^G. He married Kristin Gräfin zu Solms-Wildenfels, daughter of Friedrich Magnus V Graf zu Solms-Wildenfels and Marie Antoinette Prinzessin von Schwarzburg, on 3 April 1971 at Oberhöchstadt, Germany^G.

     George John Gordon Bruce, 7th Lord Balfour of Burleigh was born on 18 October 1883.¹ He was the son of Alexander Hugh Bruce, 6th Lord Balfour of Burleigh and Lady Katherine Eliza Gordon.¹ He married Violet Dorothy Evelyn Done, daughter of Richard Henry Done, on 2 June 1919.¹ He died on 4 June 1967 at age 83.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Intelligence Corps.² He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded and mentioned in despatches four times.¹ He was styled as Master of Burleigh between 1914 and 1921.¹ He gained the rank of Brevet Major in the 7th Battalion, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.² He succeeded as the 7th Lord Balfour of Burleigh, co. Kinross [S., 1607] on 6 July 1921.¹ He held the office of Representative Peer [Scotland] between 1922 and 1963.² He was Chairman of Lloyds Bank between 1946 and 1954.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Clackmannanshire.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Clackmannanshire.²

     Violet Dorothy Evelyn Done was the daughter of Richard Henry Done.¹ She married George John Gordon Bruce, 7th Lord Balfour of Burleigh, son of Alexander Hugh Bruce, 6th Lord Balfour of Burleigh and Lady Katherine Eliza Gordon, on 2 June 1919.¹ She died on 28 October 1976.²
     Violet Dorothy Evelyn Done usually went by her middle name of Dorothy.² From 2 June 1919, her married name became Bruce.¹ She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1920.² After her marriage, Violet Dorothy Evelyn Done was styled as Baroness Balfour of Burleigh on 6 July 1921. She was a pioneer of anaesthetised childbirth.²

     Richard Henry Done held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He lived at Salterswell, Taporley, Cheshire, England^G.¹

     Robert Bruce, 8th Lord Balfour of Burleigh was born on 6 January 1927.¹ He was the son of George John Gordon Bruce, 7th Lord Balfour of Burleigh and Violet Dorothy Evelyn Done.¹ He married, firstly, Jennifer Manasseh, daughter of E. S. Manasseh, on 30 October 1971.^1,2 He and Jennifer Manasseh were divorced in 1993.¹ He married, secondly, Dr. Janet Morgan, daughter of Dr. Frank Morgan, in 1993.¹ He died on 18 September 2019 at age 92.³
