     Levina Kingsmill was the daughter of Colonel William Kingsmill.¹ She married Matthew Pennefather.¹ She died on 21 April 1733.¹

     Colonel William Kingsmill lived at Ballybeg Castle, Ireland.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹

     John Pennefather was the son of William Pennefather and Elizabeth Pyne.¹ He married Ellen Dickson, daughter of Reverend Hugh Dickson, on 16 June 1817 at Calcutta, Bengal, India.^1,2 He died in 1835.¹

     William Pennefather is the son of Reverend Francis Pennefather and Anne Eyesmonger.¹ He married Elizabeth Pyne on 2 November 1780.¹

     Nora Elizabeth Balfour was born in 1916.¹ She is the daughter of Brigadier Edward William Sturgis Balfour, 9th of Balbirnie and Lady Ruth Balfour.¹ She married Sir William McEwan Younger, 1st Bt., son of William Younger of Ravenswood and Katharine Theodora Dundas, in 1936.¹
     From 1936, her married name became Younger.¹

     Major John Charles Balfour was born on 28 July 1919.¹ He was the son of Brigadier Edward William Sturgis Balfour, 9th of Balbirnie and Lady Ruth Balfour.¹ He married Dr. Elizabeth Jean Drew, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir James Sydney Drew, in 1950.¹ He died on 21 May 2009 at age 89 at Markinch, Fife, Scotland.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.² He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1945, in the Royal Artillery in North Africa and Normandy.² He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1943.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1978.² He was chairman, Fife Area Health Board between 1983 and 1987.²

     Dr. Elizabeth Jean Drew is the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir James Sydney Drew.¹ She married Major John Charles Balfour, son of Brigadier Edward William Sturgis Balfour, 9th of Balbirnie and Lady Ruth Balfour, in 1950.¹
     She was appointed Fellow, Royal Society, Edinburgh (F.R.S.E.)² She was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)² Dr. Elizabeth Jean Drew usually went by her middle name of Jean.² From 1950, her married name became Balfour.¹ She was chairman, Countryside Commission of Scotland between 1972 and 1982.²
