Venables Kyrke, on 30 June 1906.¹ He and Evelyn Anne Venables Kyrke were divorced in 1915.¹ He married, secondly, Hylda Marjorie Venables Kyrke, daughter of Colonel Arthur Venables Kyrke, in June 1915.¹ He married, thirdly, Hylda Florence Twist on 26 January 1933.² He died in 1946.²
     He was given the name of John Roderick Charles Herbert at birth.¹ In 1900 his name was legally changed to John Roderick Charles Herbert-Spottiswoode by the Lord Lyons on succeeding to his great-aunt Lady Scott-Spottiswoode.¹ He gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Spottiswoode, Gordon, Berwickshire, Scotland.¹

     Evelyn Anne Venables Kyrke was born on 22 October 1883.² She was the daughter of Richard H. Venables Kyrke.¹ She married John Roderick Charles Herbert-Spottiswoode, son of Charles James Herbert and Helen Spottiswoode, on 30 June 1906.¹ She and John Roderick Charles Herbert-Spottiswoode were divorced in 1915.¹ She died on 19 August 1948 at age 64.¹
     From 30 June 1906, her married name became Herbert-Spottiswoode.¹

     Emily Owen Foquett was born in 1854 at Assam, Gowhatti, India.¹ She was the daughter of Colonel Henry Foquett and Frances Phillips.¹ She married Martin John Sutton, son of Martin Hope Sutton and Sophia Woodhead Warwick, in 1875 at Kingston On Thames, Surrey, England.¹ She died in 1911.¹
     From 1875, her married name became Sutton.¹

     Richard H. Venables Kyrke lived at Nant-y-ffrith, Denbighshire, Wales.¹ He lived at Penywern, Flintshire, Wales.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹

     Ernest Philips Foquett Sutton was born on 28 March 1882 at Reading, Berkshire, England.¹ He was the son of Martin John Sutton and Emily Owen Foquett.¹

     Emily Kathleen Frances Foquett Sutton was born on 17 May 1879 at Reading, Berkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Martin John Sutton and Emily Owen Foquett.¹ She married Reverend Basil Staunton Batty, son of Reverend William Edmund Batty and Frances Beatrice Jebb, in 1903 at Henley on Thames, London, England.¹ She died in 1974 at Surrey, England.¹
     From 1903, her married name became Batty.¹

     Hylda Marjorie Venables Kyrke was the daughter of Colonel Arthur Venables Kyrke.¹ She married John Roderick Charles Herbert-Spottiswoode, son of Charles James Herbert and Helen Spottiswoode, in June 1915.¹ She died on 13 July 1931.¹
     From June 1915, her married name became Herbert-Spottiswoode.¹

     Herbert William Fortin lived at Kingston-on-Thames, Surrey, England.¹

     Gordon Chalmers Fortin is the son of Herbert William Fortin.² He married Alison Patricia Hawkins, daughter of Brigadier Victor Francis Staples Hawkins and Violet Beryl Ware, in 1971.¹
