     Linette J. Branson is the daughter of Edward James Branson and Evette Huntley Flindt.^1,2 She married, firstly, Robert Ralph Abel Smith, son of Lt.-Col. Wilfrid Lyulph Abel Smith and Lucy Mary Archer-Shee, in 1976.¹ She and Robert Ralph Abel Smith were divorced before November 1984.¹ She married, secondly, Robin Brockway, son of Jack Brockway, circa 1985.¹ She and Robin Brockway were divorced circa 2008.¹
     From 1976, her married name became Abel Smith.¹ From circa 1985, her married name became Brockway.¹

     David Michael Buckingham was born on 30 March 1961.¹ He is the son of Michael Joslin Buckingham and Louise Lawson Horton.¹

     Charles Ralph Abel Smith was born in 1959.² He was the son of Wilfrid Ismay Abel Smith and Basilia Livingston Welch.¹ He married Julia M. S. Wolton, daughter of John C. Wolton and Mary A. Seton, in 1986.²

     Maria Herbert was the daughter of Charles John Herbert and Louisa Middleton.¹ She died in June 1872.¹

     Charles James Herbert was the son of Rt. Hon. Henry Arthur Herbert and Mary Balfour.¹ He married unknown de Morny.¹ He married Helen Spottiswoode, daughter of Lt.-Col. Andrew Spottiswoode and Jane Emily Campbell, in 1874.¹ He died in 1891.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Grenadier Guards.¹

     Alison Muriel Abel Smith was born on 8 February 1961 at St. George’s Hospital, London, England^G.² She was the daughter of Wilfrid Ismay Abel Smith and Basilia Livingston Welch.¹ She married David Holmes Culverwell, son of Anthony H. Culverwell and Beryl P. Hall, in 1989.³
     From 1989, her married name became Culverwell.³
