Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, 1st Baron Norrie and Jocelyn Helen Gosling, on 29 May 1997.¹
     She was educated at St. Mary’s School, Wantage, Berkshire, England.¹ From 1 April 1959, her married name became Stockton. She graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)¹ From 26 September 1967, her married name became McCaffry. She wrote the book Journey to Myself, published 1992.¹ After her marriage, Dr. Pamela Ann Wilmot was styled as Baroness Norrie on 29 May 1997. From 29 May 1997, her married name became Norrie. She wrote the book Living at the Edge, published 2003.¹ She lived in 2003 at Chapel on the Water, Ramsbury, Wiltshire, England.¹ She wrote the book The Family Behind The Firm – Garrard and Company, published 2004.
