     Charles Edward Joseph Cary-Elwes was born on 22 October 1869. He was the son of Windsor Charles Cary Elwes and Augusta Caroline Louisa Law. He married Edythe Isabel Parkington, daughter of Sir John Roper Parkington, on 23 November 1897. He died on 11 August 1947 at age 77.²
     He was a Benedictine monk.² He lived at Staithe House, Beccles, Suffolk, England^G.¹

     George Arbuthnot-Leslie was born on 12 March 1847.² He was the son of George Arbuthnot and Marie Thomas.² He married Mary Rose Leslie, 12th of Warthill, daughter of William Leslie, 11th of Warthill and 9th of Folla, on 4 August 1875.³ He died on 1 November 1896 at age 49.³
     He was given the name of George Arbuthnot at birth.³ He lived at Warthill, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G.⁴

     Frances Veryan Aylmer was born on 7 January 1856.¹ She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Henry Aylmer and Charlotte Louisa Gwatkin.¹ She died on 28 October 1919 at age 63.¹

     Lt.-Col. Frederick Charles Aylmer was born on 24 July 1814 at Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England^G.^1,2 He was the son of Admiral John Aylmer and Frances Pearson.¹ He married Maria Anne Gwatkin, daughter of John Gwatkin and Charlotte Fincher Trist, on 22 September 1853.¹ He died on 20 March 1882 at age 67, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 89th Regiment.¹ He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur of Medjidie.¹

     Maria Anne Gwatkin was born in September 1821 at Madras, India^G.² She was the daughter of John Gwatkin and Charlotte Fincher Trist.^1,2 She married Lt.-Col. Frederick Charles Aylmer, son of Admiral John Aylmer and Frances Pearson, on 22 September 1853.¹
     From 22 September 1853, her married name became Aylmer.¹

     Norah Frances Sapphire Farquhar was born on 19 May 1906.¹ She is the daughter of Colonel Francis Douglas Farquhar and Lady Evelyn Hely Hutchinson.¹ She married, firstly, Mark Farquhar-Oliver, son of Frederick Scott Oliver and Katherine McLaren, on 28 January 1925.¹ She and Mark Farquhar-Oliver were divorced in 1948.¹ She married, secondly, John Rowland Preece, son of John Preece, on 26 January 1948.¹
     From 28 January 1925, her married name became Oliver. From 1931, her married name became Farquhar-Oliver. From 26 January 1948, her married name became Preece.

     John Rowland Preece was born on 4 September 1894.² He was the son of John Preece.¹ He married Norah Frances Sapphire Farquhar, daughter of Colonel Francis Douglas Farquhar and Lady Evelyn Hely Hutchinson, on 26 January 1948.¹ He died on 11 December 1974 at age 80 at Hanley Castle, Malvern Hills, Worcestershire, England.¹

     Colonel Francis Douglas Farquhar was born on 17 September 1874.² He was the son of Sir Henry Thomas Farquhar, 4th Bt. and Hon. Alice Brand.^1,2 He married Lady Evelyn Hely Hutchinson, daughter of John Luke George Hely Hutchinson, 5th Earl of Donoughmore of Knocklofty and Frances Isabella Stephens, on 27 April 1905.¹ He died on 20 March 1915 at age 40, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900, where he was mentioned in despatches.² He fought in the Somaliland Expedition between 1903 and 1904.² He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Coldstream Guards.¹ He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur.² He fought in the First World War.¹ He was Commanding Officer of the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry.¹

     Michael Edward Willis Fleming was born on 18 September 1927.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Edward Charles Augustus Willis Fleming and Barbara Campion.² He married Hon. Elizabeth Sarah James, daughter of Walter Ernest Christopher James, 4th Baron Northbourne of Betteshanger and Katharine Louise Nickerson, on 19 March 1960.³

     William Simon Campion was born on 29 August 1895. He is the son of Colonel Sir William Robert Campion and Katherine Mary Byron. He married Lilas May Poeteous on 15 June 1921.
