Sir William Lee, 4th Bt. was born on 12 September 1726.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Lee, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Sandys.1 He married Lady Elizabeth Harcourt, daughter of General Simon Harcourt, 1st Earl Harcourt of Stanton Harcourt and Rebecca Samborne le Bas, on 20 June 1763.1 He died on 6 July 1799 at age 72.1
He was also known as William Lee.1 He gained the title of 4th Baronet Lee, of Hartwell.
