     Rear-Admiral Charles Rodney Style was born on 15 January 1954.1 He is the son of Sir Godfrey William Style and Sigrid Elisabeth Carlberg.2 He married Charlotte Amanda Woodford, daughter of Lieutenant Timothy Martin Woodford and Eila Mary Stirling-Hamilton, on 31 January 1981.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England. He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 In 1997 PSO to CDS , CO HMS Illustrious 2000–01.1 He gained the rank of Rear-Admiral in 2002.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 2002.1 He lived in 2003 at 12 The Terrace, RMAS, Camberley, Surrey, England.1

     Rodney Gerald Style was born on 28 October 1920.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Rodney Charles Style and Helène Pauline Kleinwort.2 He married, firstly, Melloney Scobell, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Sanford John Palairet Scobell, on 8 January 1944.1 He and Melloney Scobell were divorced in 1952.1 He married, secondly, Barbara Hill, daughter of John Austin Hill, on 18 October 1952.1 He died on 15 March 2008 at age 87.3
     Rodney Gerald Style usually went by his middle name of Gerald. He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of officer in the Coldstream Guards.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Northumberland Fusiliers.1 He lived in 2003 at Fairmont, Sands Road, Seale, Farnham, Surrey, England.1
