     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the 17th/21st Lancers.¹ He lived in 2003 at 1 Lavender Gardens, London, England.¹

     Oliver Hugh Stanley was born on 30 June 1959.¹ He is the son of Hon. Richard Morgan Oliver Stanley and Phyllida Mary Katherine Austin.¹ He married Sophie Elizabeth Holmes, daughter of Nicholas Holmes, in 1985.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Coldstream Guards.¹ He lived in 2003 at Parsonage Farm, Bentworth, Hampshire, England.¹

     Serena Emma Rose Stanley was born on 8 August 1961.² She is the daughter of Hon. Richard Morgan Oliver Stanley and Phyllida Mary Katherine Austin.² She married Matthew Hilary Jebb, son of Philip Vincent Belloc Jebb and Lucy Margaret Pollen, in 1987.²
     From 1987, her married name became Jebb.¹ She lived in 2003 at Airdsilla, Delgany, County Wicklow, Ireland.²

     Mary Stanley was born on 18 February 1921. She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. Oliver Hugh Stanley and Lady Alice Kathleen Violet Thynne.¹ She died on 25 February 1921.¹

     Laura Sylvia Kathleen Stanley was born on 22 July 1968.¹ She is the daughter of Hon. Richard Morgan Oliver Stanley and Phyllida Mary Katherine Austin.¹ She married David Barbour, son of Clive Barbour, on 20 December 1996.¹
     From 20 December 1996, her married name became Barbour.

     Hon. Henrietta Margaret Stanley was born in 1874. She was the daughter of Edward Lyulph Stanley, 4th Baron Sheffield and Mary Katherine Bell.^1,2 She married Admiral Sir William Edmund Goodenough, son of Commodore James Graham Goodenough and Victoria Henrietta Hamilton, on 12 June 1901.¹ She died on 21 August 1956.²
     Her married name became Goodenough. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.²

     Admiral Sir William Edmund Goodenough was born on 2 June 1867.¹ He was the son of Commodore James Graham Goodenough and Victoria Henrietta Hamilton.² He married Hon. Henrietta Margaret Stanley, daughter of Edward Lyulph Stanley, 4th Baron Sheffield and Mary Katherine Bell, on 12 June 1901.² He died on 30 January 1945 at age 77.¹
     He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1912 4th Class.¹ He gained the rank of Commander in the light cruisers.¹ He fought in the Battle of Heligoland Bight in 1914.¹ He fought in the Battle of Dogger Bank in 1915.¹ He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to HM King George V between 1915 and 1916.¹ He gained the rank of commander in 1916 in the 2nd Light Cruiser Squadron.¹ He fought in the Battle of Jutland on 31 May 1916.¹ He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.¹ He held the office of Naval Aide-de-Camp to HM King George V between 1919 and 1920.¹ He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in 1920.¹ He was Commander-in-Chief of the African Station between 1920 and 1923.¹ He was Commander-in-Chief of the the Nore between 1924 and 1927.¹ He gained the rank of Admiral in 1925.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.) in 1930.¹ He retired from the military in 1930.¹ He was president of the Royal Geographical Society (P.R.G.S.)¹

     Katherine Margaret Anne Goodenough was born in 1902.¹ She was the daughter of Admiral Sir William Edmund Goodenough and Hon. Henrietta Margaret Stanley.² She married Commander Alexander Dacre Lacy on 6 October 1927 at St. John’s, Old Coulsdon, Croydon, London, England^G.^1,3 She died on 3 July 1969.¹
     Katherine Margaret Anne Goodenough usually went by her middle name of Anne.³ From 6 October 1927, her married name became Lacy.

     Commander Alexander Dacre Lacy was born on 6 May 1894 at Weymouth, Dorset, England^G.² He married Katherine Margaret Anne Goodenough, daughter of Admiral Sir William Edmund Goodenough and Hon. Henrietta Margaret Stanley, on 6 October 1927 at St. John’s, Old Coulsdon, Croydon, London, England^G.^1,2 He died on 3 July 1969 at age 75 at Farningham, Kent, England^G.²
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.

     Diana Margaret Lacy was born on 19 October 1928.¹ She is the daughter of Commander Alexander Dacre Lacy and Katherine Margaret Anne Goodenough.³ She married Ronald Frederick Stephen Cookson on 30 November 1957.¹
     Her married name became Cookson. She lived in 2003 at Lested Lodge, Chart Sutton, Maidstone, Kent, England^G.¹
