     John James was the son of Sir Walter James, 1st Bt. and Lady Jane Pratt.2 He married Lady Emily Jane Stewart, daughter of Robert Stewart, 1st Marquess of Londonderry and Lady Frances Pratt, on 29 June 1814.2 He died on 4 June 1818.1
     He was Minister Plenipotentiary to Netherlands.1

     Frederica Breton was born in 1827 at Polygon House, Southampton, Hampshire, England.1 She married Captain Phipps John Hornby, son of Admiral Sir Phipps Hornby and Maria Sophia Burgoyne, on 7 March 1844 at All Saints, Southampton, Hampshire, England.1 She died on 3 July 1877.1 She was buried on 7 July 1877 at Barnes, Richmond, Surrey, England.1
     From 7 March 1844, her married name became Hornby.1
