Algernon Henry Charles Hanbury-Tracy and Frederica Sylvia Darley, on 31 December 1935.² He died between 26 June 1943 and 27 June 1943 at Germany, while a POW.²
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.² He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1940, when he became a POW at the defence of Calais.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 16th/5th Lancers.² He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹
