Francis Augustus Bevan1 

Francis Augustus Bevan was born on 17 January 1840.3 He was the son of Robert Cooper Lee Bevan and Agneta Elizabeth Yorke.3,4 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Marianne Russell, daughter of Lt.-Col. Lord Charles James Fox Russell and Isabella Clarisa Davies, on 22 July 1862.5 He married, secondly, Constance Hogg, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir James Weir Hogg, 1st Bt. and Mary Claudine Swinton, on 19 April 1866.4 He married, thirdly, Maria Trotter in 1875.5 He died in 1919.
He was partner in the Lombard Street banking house of Barclay, Bevan, Tritton, Ransom, Bouverie & Company.2 He was chairman of Barclay Bank.2 He lived before 1890 at Ludgrove Hall, Cockfosters, London, EnglandG.5 He lived in 1890 at Trent Park, Cockfosters Road, Enfield, London, EnglandG.5

Hon. Unity Vallkyrie Freeman-Mitford was born on 8 August 1914.1 She was the daughter of David Bertram Ogilvy Freeman-Mitford, 2nd Baron Redesdale and Sydney Bowles.1 She died on 28 May 1948 at age 33, unmarried.1
She lived in Germany for many years and was notorious for her associations with leading Nazis and admired Hitler. She attempted suicide on the outbreak of war because ‘she could not bear the thought of the two counties she loved being at war’ and returned to Britain in January 1940.
