     From 30 September 1874, her married name became Meyer.¹

     Charles Meyer married Ellen Mary Layard, daughter of Reverend Charles Clement Layard and Sarah Somes, on 30 September 1874.¹ He died on 20 August 1878.¹
     He lived at Blue Cliffs, Canterbury, New Zealand.¹

     Nina Frances Layard was born on 20 August 1853.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Charles Clement Layard and Sarah Somes.¹

     Annie Jane Layard was born on 4 August 1858.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Charles Clement Layard and Sarah Somes.¹ She married Evelyn Gordon Reeves, son of H. W. Reeves, on 6 September 1881.¹
     From 6 September 1881, her married name became Reeves.¹

     Evelyn Gordon Reeves is the son of H. W. Reeves.¹ He married Annie Jane Layard, daughter of Reverend Charles Clement Layard and Sarah Somes, on 6 September 1881.¹
     He lived at Hellera-Wella, Sri Lanka.¹

     H. W. Reeves was with the Bombay Civil Service.¹

     Sarah Jane Margary was born on 27 April 1791.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Margary and Jane Clarkson.^1,2 She married Reverend Brownlow Villiers Layard, son of Very Rev. Charles Peter Layard and Elizabeth Ward, on 1 February 1821.¹ She died on 13 February 1885 at age 93.¹
     From 1 February 1821, her married name became Layard.¹

     Thomas Margary was born in 1754.² He married Jane Clarkson.² He died in 1819.²
     He lived at Clapham, Surrey, England.¹

     Reverend John Thomas Layard was born on 25 December 1821.¹ He was the son of Reverend Brownlow Villiers Layard and Sarah Jane Margary.¹ He married Eleanor Stratten Curtis, daughter of Charles Curtis, on 31 October 1850.¹ He died on 24 November 1885 at age 63, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Stamford School, England^G.¹ He graduated from Christ’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1845 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was the Rector between 1850 and 1885 at Swaffield, Norfolk, England.¹
