     Elizabeth Digby was born in 1758.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. Wriothesly Digby and Mary Cotes.¹ She married William Mills, son of Reverend John Mills and Sarah Wheler, on 7 April 1786.¹ She died on 27 December 1828.¹
     From 7 April 1786, her married name became Mills.¹

     John Mills was born on 11 August 1789.¹ He was the son of William Mills and Elizabeth Digby.¹ He married Sarah Charlotte Micklethwait, daughter of Nathaniel Micklethwait and Lady Charlotte Marianne Harriet Rous, on 28 July 1835.¹ He died on 28 February 1871 at age 81.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He held the office of Verderer of the New Forest.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Rochester between 1831 and 1834.¹ He lived at Bisterne, Hampshire, England^G.²

     Sarah Charlotte Micklethwait was born in 1813.² She was the daughter of Nathaniel Micklethwait and Lady Charlotte Marianne Harriet Rous.^1,3 She was baptised on 28 June 1813 at St. Mary’s, Sprowston, Norfolk, England.² She married John Mills, son of William Mills and Elizabeth Digby, on 28 July 1835.¹ She died on 11 February 1869.¹
     From 28 July 1835, her married name became Mills.¹

     Arthur H. Gleadowe-Newcomen married Mary Eveleen Clementi-Smith, daughter of Algernon Emeric Clementi-Smith and Eveleen Newcomen, in 1925 at Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹

     Frances Ann Wingfield was the daughter of William Wingfield-Baker and Lady Charlotte Maria Digby.¹ She married Edward Wheler Mills, son of William Mills and Elizabeth Digby, on 14 February 1831.¹ She died on 13 September 1839.¹
     From 14 February 1831, her married name became Mills.¹

     John Mills was born on 3 June 1836.^1,2 He was the son of John Mills and Sarah Charlotte Micklethwait.¹ He married Louisa Frances Entwisle, daughter of Thomas Entwisle, on 30 June 1868.¹ He died on 24 February 1899 at age 62.¹
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Bisterne, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Louisa Frances Entwisle is the daughter of Thomas Entwisle.¹ She married John Mills, son of John Mills and Sarah Charlotte Micklethwait, on 30 June 1868.¹
     From 30 June 1868, her married name became Mills.¹

     Thomas Entwisle lived at Wolhayes, Hampshire, England.¹

     Mary Frances Mills is the daughter of John Mills and Louisa Frances Entwisle.¹
