Kenneth Mackessack and Rose Elizabeth Craik, on 14 September 1957.¹ He died on 9 February 1982 at age 58 at Pontypool, Gwent, Wales.^1,2
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Rifle Brigade.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹

     Elizabeth Jane Mackessack was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Kenneth Mackessack and Rose Elizabeth Craik.^1,2 She married John Dennis Culme-Seymour, son of John Wentworth Culme-Seymour and Evelyn Mary Smith-Ryland, on 14 September 1957.¹ She died in 1989.¹
     Elizabeth Jane Mackessack usually went by her middle name of Jane.¹ Her married name became Culme-Seymour.

     Lt.-Col. Kenneth Mackessack was born in 1902.² He married Rose Elizabeth Craik, daughter of Sir Henry Duffield Craik, 3rd Bt. and Emily Henrietta D’Obree Baker-Carr, on 28 June 1929 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^3,2 He and Rose Elizabeth Craik were divorced in 1947.³ He married, secondly, Nora Joyce Edward-Collins, daughter of Charles Edward Edward-Collins and Nora Mabel (?), in March 1947 at Marylebone, London, England.² He died in 1982.²
     He lived at Ardgye, Elgin, Morayshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Caroline Culme-Seymour was born on 9 May 1959.¹ She is the daughter of John Dennis Culme-Seymour and Elizabeth Jane Mackessack.¹

     Mary Primrose Culme-Seymour was born on 9 November 1921.¹ She was the daughter of John Wentworth Culme-Seymour and Evelyn Mary Smith-Ryland.¹ She died in 1988.¹
     She gained the rank of 3rd Officer in the Women’s Royal Naval Service, during the Second World War.¹

     Jane Culme-Seymour was born on 4 October 1925.¹ She was the daughter of John Wentworth Culme-Seymour and Evelyn Mary Smith-Ryland.¹ She married Commander John Hocken Joughin, son of John Clague Joughin, on 25 July 1959.¹ She died on 28 March 2008 at age 82.²
     Her married name became Joughin. She lived in 2003 at Flat 2, 11 St. Fimbarrrus Road, Fowey, Cornwall, England^G.¹

     Commander John Hocken Joughin was the son of John Clague Joughin.¹ He married Jane Culme-Seymour, daughter of John Wentworth Culme-Seymour and Evelyn Mary Smith-Ryland, on 25 July 1959.¹ He died on 26 June 1986.¹
     He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.)¹ He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹
