     Charles Archibald Chubb, 2nd Baron Hayter was born on 11 November 1871.¹ He was the son of George Hayter Chubb, 1st Baron Hayter and Sarah Vanner Early.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Haworth, daughter of John Fletcher Haworth, on 8 June 1898.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Alison Pickard, daughter of John Gimson Pickard, on 23 March 1949.¹ He died on 3 March 1967 at age 95.¹
     He was educated at Leys School, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He was managing director of Chubb and Sons between 1898 and 1948.¹ He held the office of Lieutenant of the City of London.¹ He was president of the Planet Building Society.¹ He was senior member of the Court of Common Council, City of London.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Chubb, of Chislehurst, co. Kent [U.K., 1900] on 7 November 1946.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Hayter, of Chislehurst, co. Kent [U.K., 1927] on 7 November 1946.¹

     George Hayter Chubb, 1st Baron Hayter was born on 29 August 1848.¹ He was the son of John Chubb and Priscilla Withers.² He married Sarah Vanner Early, daughter of Charles Early, on 29 December 1870.¹ He died on 7 November 1946 at age 98.¹
     He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1885.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Chubb, of Chislehurst, co. Kent [U.K.] on 20 June 1900.¹ He was awarded the Officer, Order of Leopold of Belgium.¹ He was appointed Knight of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (K.G.St.J.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for kent.² He was awarded the Chevalier, Legion of Honour.¹ He was created 1st Baron Hayter, of Chislehurst, co. Kent [U.K.] on 29 January 1927.¹

     George William Michael Chubb, 4th Baron Hayter was born on 9 October 1943.¹ He is the son of George Hayter Chubb, 3rd Baron Hayter and Elizabeth Anne Rumbold.¹ He married Waltaud Flackl, daughter of J. Flackl, on 8 January 1983.¹
     George William Michael Chubb, 4th Baron Hayter usually went by his middle name of William.¹ He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Nottingham University, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Chubb, of Chislehurst, co. Kent [U.K., 1900] on 2 September 2003.² He succeeded as the 4th Baron Hayter, of Chislehurst, co. Kent [U.K., 1927] on 2 September 2003.²

     Waltaud Flackl is the daughter of J. Flackl.¹ She married George William Michael Chubb, 4th Baron Hayter, son of George Hayter Chubb, 3rd Baron Hayter and Elizabeth Anne Rumbold, on 8 January 1983.¹
     From 8 January 1983, her married name became Chubb.¹ After her marriage, Waltaud Flackl was styled as Baroness Hayter on 2 September 2003.

     J. Flackl lived at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹

     Hon. Thomas Frederick Flackl Chubb was born on 23 July 1986.¹ He is the son of George William Michael Chubb, 4th Baron Hayter and Waltaud Flackl.¹

     Hon. John Andrew Chubb was born on 20 April 1946.¹ He is the son of George Hayter Chubb, 3rd Baron Hayter and Elizabeth Anne Rumbold.¹ He married Sandy Brereton, daughter of Alfred Ernest Brereton, in 1975.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Southampton University, Southampton, Hampshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants (F.C.A.)¹
