     Dr. Alex Hill was a master at Downing College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹

     Mary Haworth was the daughter of John Fletcher Haworth.¹ She married Charles Archibald Chubb, 2nd Baron Hayter, son of George Hayter Chubb, 1st Baron Hayter and Sarah Vanner Early, on 8 June 1898.¹ She died on 4 June 1948.¹
     From 8 June 1898, her married name became Chubb.¹ After her marriage, Mary Haworth was styled as Baroness Hayter on 7 June 1946.

     John Fletcher Haworth held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Hon. David William Early Chubb was born on 31 May 1914.¹ He was the son of Charles Archibald Chubb, 2nd Baron Hayter and Mary Haworth.¹ He married Veronica Clifton, daughter of William Clifton, on 2 December 1939.¹ He died on 4 March 1993 at age 78.¹
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He fought in the Second World War, and was mentioned in despatches and became a POW.¹ He was Attaché to Copenhagen between 1960 and 1962.¹

     Veronica Clifton was born in 1920.² She was the daughter of William Clifton.¹ She married Hon. David William Early Chubb, son of Charles Archibald Chubb, 2nd Baron Hayter and Mary Haworth, on 2 December 1939.¹ She died on 2 September 2014.²
     From 2 December 1939, her married name became Chubb.¹ She lived in 2003 at 2 Buckholt Road, Broughton, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     William Clifton lived at Shanghai, China^G.¹

     Jeremy David Knyvett Chubb was born on 29 July 1941.¹ He is the son of Hon. David William Early Chubb and Veronica Clifton.¹ He married Valerie Ann Evans Wightman, daughter of H. J. Wightman, in 1978.¹
     He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, England^G.¹

     Valerie Ann Evans Wightman was the daughter of H. J. Wightman.¹ She married Jeremy David Knyvett Chubb, son of Hon. David William Early Chubb and Veronica Clifton, in 1978.¹ She died on 16 November 2009.²
     From 1978, her married name became Chubb.¹
