     Major Horace Walter Plant is the son of Benjamin Plant.² He married Mary Eliza Mott, daughter of Frederick Thompson Mott and Elizabeth Ann Dobell, on 10 April 1877.¹

     Florence Harmar Parker was the daughter of William Parker.² She married Sir Basil Mott, 1st Bt., son of Frederick Thompson Mott and Elizabeth Ann Dobell, on 9 April 1887.¹ She died on 21 July 1923.¹
     From 9 April 1887, her married name became Mott.

     Sir Adrian Spear Mott, 2nd Bt. was born on 5 October 1889.¹ He was the son of Sir Basil Mott, 1st Bt. and Florence Harmar Parker.² He married Mary Katherine Stanton, daughter of Reverend Alfred Herbert Stanton and Edith Eleanor Cripps, on 23 July 1914.¹ He died on 23 May 1964 at age 74.¹
     He was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He graduated from Merton College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1912 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Field Artillery.¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1915 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He was a publisher.¹ He graduated from Merton College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1930 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Mott, of Ditchling, co. Sussex [U.K., 1930] on 7 September 1938.¹

     Mark Dobell Mott was born on 15 July 1892.¹ He was the son of Sir Basil Mott, 1st Bt. and Florence Harmar Parker.² He married, firstly, Mary Coryndon Greathead, daughter of James Henry Greathead, on 4 April 1916.¹ He and Mary Coryndon Greathead were divorced in 1936.¹ He married, secondly, Martha Lewis Willis, daughter of Arthur Willis, on 21 March 1936.¹ He died in 1975.¹
     He was a civil engineer.¹

     Peter Lewis Mott was born on 21 August 1944.¹ He is the son of Mark Dobell Mott and Martha Lewis Willis.^2,1 He married Vivien (?)³
     He was educated at Ellesmere College, Ellesmere, Shropshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Manchester University, Manchester, Lancashire, England, in 1966 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from University of California, California, U.S.A., in 1967 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Diana Dobell Mott was born on 30 August 1947.¹ She was the daughter of Mark Dobell Mott and Martha Lewis Willis.^2,1 She died on 18 November 2016 at age 69 at Blackburn, Lancashire, England.³

     Reverend Alfred Herbert Stanton married Edith Eleanor Cripps, daughter of Henry William Cripps and Julia Lawrence, on 3 January 1883, |They were cousins.² He died on 5 December 1947.²
     He was Vicar at St Peter-in-the-East, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.²
