Frederick Richard Penn Curzon, 7th Earl Howe was born on 29 January 1951.1 He is the son of Commander Chambré George William Penn Curzon and Jane Victoria Fergusson.1 He married Elizabeth Helen Stuart, daughter of Burleigh Edward St. Lawrence Stuart and Joan Elizabeth Platts, on 26 March 1983.3
He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of Lord-in-Waiting in 1984.1 He succeeded as the 8th Viscount Curzon of Penn, co.
