     Elsy Lindsay was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Alexander Hadden Lindsay and Isabella Mary Frances Harris.2 She married Brig.-Gen. Richard Boileau Gaisford, son of Reverend S. H. Gaisford, on 6 February 1895.1 She died on 21 March 1951.1
     From 6 February 1895, her married name became Gaisford.1

     He lived at Conynger Hurst, Ulverston, Lancashire, England.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1

     Anne Dundas was the daughter of James Dundas.1 She married Maj.-Gen. Sir Howard Douglas, 3rd Bt., son of Admiral Sir Charles Douglas, 1st Bt. and Sarah Wood, in July 1799 at England.1 She died on 22 October 1854.2
     From July 1799, her married name became Douglas.1

     He fought in the Afghan War.3

     Ann Douglas was born circa 1806.2 She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Howard Douglas, 3rd Bt. and Anne Dundas.1 She married Colonel Francis Henry Dawkins, son of Henry Dawkins and Augusta Clinton, in 1836.2 She died on 12 November 1886.2
     From 1836, her married name became Dawkins.2
