General Sir Robert Percy Douglas, 4th Bt.1 
He gained the rank of Colonel in the 98th Foot.4 He held the office of Governor of Jersey between 1858 and 1863.2,4 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Douglas, of Carr, co.
