     Captain Arthur Henry Wriothesley Hervey was born on 3 November 1851.¹ He was the son of Rt. Rev. Lord Arthur Charles Hervey and Patience Singleton.¹ He died on 20 August 1889 at age 37, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Rifle Brigade.¹

     Reverend James Arthur Hervey was born on 26 September 1854.¹ He was the son of Rt. Rev. Lord Arthur Charles Hervey and Patience Singleton.¹ He married Margaret Augusta Douglas, daughter of General Sir Robert Percy Douglas, 4th Bt. and Louisa Lang, on 15 July 1886.¹ He died on 16 October 1948 at age 94.¹
     He was the Rector between 1902 and 1913 at Chipstead, Surrey, England^G.¹

     Margaret Augusta Douglas was born circa 1866 at Grahamstown, Cape Province, South Africa.² She was the daughter of General Sir Robert Percy Douglas, 4th Bt. and Louisa Lang.¹ She married Reverend James Arthur Hervey, son of Rt. Rev. Lord Arthur Charles Hervey and Patience Singleton, on 15 July 1886.¹ She died on 8 February 1924.¹
     Her married name became Hervey.

     General Sir Robert Percy Douglas, 4th Bt. was born on 29 August 1805 at High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England.^2,3 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Howard Douglas, 3rd Bt. and Anne Dundas.¹ He married, firstly, Anne Duckworth, daughter of Colonel George Henry Duckworth and Penelope Fanshawe, in 1840.⁴ He married, secondly, Louisa Lang, daughter of Robert Lang, on 22 October 1856 at Hendon, London, England.⁴ He died on 30 September 1891 at age 86 at The Hurst, Bournemouth, Hampshire, England.²
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the 98th Foot.⁴ He held the office of Governor of Jersey between 1858 and 1863.^2,4 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Douglas, of Carr, co. Perth [G.B., 1777] on 9 November 1861.⁵ He held the office of Lieutenant-Governor of the Cape of Good Hope between 1863 and 1868.⁴

     Lieutenant Thomas Percy Arthur Hervey was born in 1887.¹ He was the son of Reverend James Arthur Hervey and Margaret Augusta Douglas.¹ He died on 15 September 1916, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 15th Battalion, King’s Royal Rifle Corps.¹ He was attached to the Fiji Government.¹ He fought in the First World War. He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 5th Battalion, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Regiment.¹

     Peter John Berkeley Hervey was born in 1889.¹ He was the son of Reverend James Arthur Hervey and Margaret Augusta Douglas.¹ He died in 1890.¹

     Caroline Augusta Hervey was born on 7 July 1857.¹ She was the daughter of Rt. Rev. Lord Arthur Charles Hervey and Patience Singleton.¹ She died on 13 November 1949 at age 92, unmarried.¹

     F/Lt. Herbert Jeffrey Brookman married Pamela Francis Campbell-Brabazon, daughter of General John St. Clair Campbell-Brabazon and Caroline Leavett, in 1931.¹ He died in 1936.¹
     He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in 1931 in the Royal Air Force.¹

     Robert Walter Guy Grindlay married Pamela Francis Campbell-Brabazon, daughter of General John St. Clair Campbell-Brabazon and Caroline Leavett, in 1937.¹ He and Pamela Francis Campbell-Brabazon were divorced in 1956.¹
