     From 13 January 1875, her married name became Williams.

     Joshua Strange Williams was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.)¹ He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn.¹

     George Phipps Williams was born on 15 November 1846.² He was the son of Joshua Strange Williams.³ He married Edith Jane Tancred, daughter of Sir Thomas Tancred, 7th Bt. and Jane Selby, on 13 January 1875.¹ He died on 18 May 1909 at age 62.²
     He lived at Christchurch, New Zealand.¹ He was registered as a Member, Institute of Civil Engineers (M.Inst.C.E.)¹

     Bertha Eveline Tancred was born in 1860 at Spa, Belgium.² She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Tancred, 7th Bt. and Jane Selby.³ She married William Fownes Somerville, son of James Curtis Somerville and Emily Periam Hood, on 23 October 1878.¹ She died on 20 February 1952 at Monterey, California, U.S.A.^1,2
     From 23 October 1878, her married name became Somerville.

     James Curtis Somerville was born circa 1808 at St. Pancras, London, England.² He married Emily Periam Hood, daughter of Sir Alexander Hood, 2nd Bt. and Amelia Anne Bateman, on 23 June 1846.³ He died on 13 June 1876.³
