     Julia Anne Michell was born in 1815 at Lisbon, Portugal^G.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles Collier Michell and Anne d‘Arragan.¹ She married Joseph Hendy Smith, son of Alexander Smith and Mary James, on 4 September 1833 at Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa^G.¹
     From 4 September 1833, her married name became Smith.¹

     Frederica Louisa Michell was born in June 1817 at Lisbon, Portugal^G.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles Collier Michell and Anne d‘Arragan.¹ She married John Kynaston Luard on 27 July 1833 at Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa^G.¹
     From 27 July 1833, her married name became Luard.¹

     Eveline Marie Michell was born on 16 April 1821 at Nantes, France^G.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles Collier Michell and Anne d‘Arragan.¹ She married James Edward Alexander on 25 October 1837 at Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa^G.¹
     From 25 October 1837, her married name became Alexander.¹

     John Kynaston Luard was born on 6 January 1803 at Essex, England^G.¹ He married Frederica Louisa Michell, daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles Collier Michell and Anne d‘Arragan, on 27 July 1833 at Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa^G.¹

     James Edward Alexander was born on 16 October 1803.¹ He married Eveline Marie Michell, daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles Collier Michell and Anne d‘Arragan, on 25 October 1837 at Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa^G.¹

     Eliza Michell was born in December 1794 at Lisbon, Portugal^G.¹ She was the daughter of Admiral Sampson Michell and Ann Shears.¹ She died circa February 1795.¹

     Captain Robert William Clarke married Dorothy Ann St. Aubyn, daughter of Major William John St. Aubyn and Sarah Ann Hodgetts, in 1895 at Wortley, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Sub-Lt. William A. St. Aubyn Clarke was born circa 1897.¹ He was the son of Captain Robert William Clarke and Dorothy Ann St. Aubyn.¹ He died on 30 December 1917 at France^G, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Division.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹
