     Robert George Stone Maunsell was born on 20 October 1842.¹ He was the son of General Frederick Maunsell and Alicia Studdert.² He married, firstly, Henrietta Peyton Sadler, daughter of Captain Benjamin Peyton Sadler and Catherine Barnard Skinner, on 1 December 1870.¹ He married, secondly, Anna Margaret Spaight, daughter of Henry Spaight and Constantia Gabbett, on 7 October 1873 at Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland.¹ He died on 2 November 1936 at age 94.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 85th King’s Light Infantry and 50th Queen’s Own Regiment.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Limerick Artillery.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Clare.¹ He lived at Glenwood, County Clare, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Amberd, Dean Park, Bournemouth, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Clonan, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Gortbwee, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹

     Captain Benjamin Peyton Sadler was born in 1800.² He married Catherine Barnard Skinner on 25 February 1830 at Chapel of the British Embassy, Paris, France.² He died on 4 October 1860 at Clifton, Bristol, England.²
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Henrietta Peyton Sadler was born in 1846 at France.² She was the daughter of Captain Benjamin Peyton Sadler and Catherine Barnard Skinner.^3,2 She married Robert George Stone Maunsell, son of General Frederick Maunsell and Alicia Studdert, on 1 December 1870.¹ She died on 12 September 1871.¹
     From 1 December 1870, her married name became Maunsell.

     From 7 October 1873, her married name became Maunsell.¹

     Frederick Henry Robert Maunsell was born on 16 January 1888.¹ He was the son of Robert George Stone Maunsell and Anna Margaret Spaight.² He married Dorothy Gladys Ghey, daughter of William Essington Ghey, on 31 January 1917.¹ He died on 31 December 1957 at age 69.¹
     He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He retired from the military in 1933, with the rank of Major, late of the KSLI.¹

     Robert George Frederick Maunsell was born on 25 March 1891.¹ He was the son of Robert George Stone Maunsell and Anna Margaret Spaight.² He died on 4 May 1917 at age 26, having been torpedoed in SS Transylvania.¹
     He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Hampshire Royal Engineers.¹
