     Robert Maunsell was born in 1745.² He was the son of Thomas Maunsell and Dorothea Waller.^2,3 He married Anne Stone, daughter of John Maxwell Stone, in 1782.² He died on 1 February 1832.²
     He was Chief of the Council of Gangam.² He lived at Rumbo House, Madras, India^G.¹ He was in the Honourable East India Company Service.² He held the office of Member of Council [Madras].¹ In 1789 he returned to Limerick.² He and Thomas Maunsell were co-founder of Maunsell’s Bank in Limerick.³ He lived at Bank Place, County Limerick, Ireland^G.²

     Anna Maunsell was the daughter of Robert Maunsell and Anne Stone.^2,3 She married Eyre Evans, son of Eyre Evans and Mary Williams, on 20 March 1805.¹ She died on 24 June 1857.¹
     From 20 March 1805, her married name became Evans.

     Eyre Evans was born on 5 May 1806.¹ He was the son of Eyre Evans and Anna Maunsell.² He married Hon. Sophia Crofton, daughter of Hon. Sir Edward Crofton, 3rd Bt. and Lady Charlotte Stewart, on 6 December 1837.¹ He died on 17 July 1852 at age 46.¹
     He lived at Ash Hill Towers, County Limerick, Ireland^G.²

     Hon. Sophia Crofton was the daughter of Hon. Sir Edward Crofton, 3rd Bt. and Lady Charlotte Stewart.^1,2 She married Eyre Evans, son of Eyre Evans and Anna Maunsell, on 6 December 1837.¹ She died on 18 December 1885.¹
     On 11 July 1837 she was granted the rank of a baron’s daughter.² From 6 December 1837, her married name became Evans.

     Elystan Eyre Evans was born on 23 June 1845.¹ He was the son of Eyre Evans and Hon. Sophia Crofton.² He married Isabella Smith, daughter of Reverend Philip Smith, on 21 December 1876.¹ He died in February 1888 at age 42, without issue.¹
     He lived at Ash Hill Towers, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹

     Reverend Philip Smith lived at Cherrymount, County Meath, Ireland^G.¹

     Isabella Smith is the daughter of Reverend Philip Smith.² She married, firstly, Richard Beardsley before 1876.¹ She married, secondly, Elystan Eyre Evans, son of Eyre Evans and Hon. Sophia Crofton, on 21 December 1876.¹
     From before 1876, her married name became Beardsley.¹ From 21 December 1876, her married name became Evans.

     Venerable Robert Maunsell Evans was born on 4 May 1808.¹ He was the son of Eyre Evans and Anna Maunsell.² He married Deborah Purdon, daughter of William Casaubon Purdon and Deborah Head, on 6 February 1835.¹ He died on 1 May 1890 at age 81, without issue.¹
     He held the office of Archdeacon of Cloyne.¹

     William Casaubon Purdon was born on 26 December 1752.² He was the son of George Purdon and Arabella Casaubon.² He married Deborah Head, daughter of Michael Head, in August 1793.² He died on 1 February 1836 at age 83.²
     He lived at Tinerana, Killaloe, County Clare, Ireland^G.³ He lived at Tinneranna, County Clare, Ireland.⁴ He was Vicar at Loxley, Warwickshire, England.⁴

     Deborah Purdon is the daughter of William Casaubon Purdon and Deborah Head.^2,3 She married Venerable Robert Maunsell Evans, son of Eyre Evans and Anna Maunsell, on 6 February 1835.¹
     From 6 February 1835, her married name became Evans.
