     Judy J. Smart was the daughter of Sidney Smart.¹ She married Douglas Richard Hurd, Baron Hurd of Westwell, son of Anthony Richard Hurd, Baron Hurd and Stephanie Frances Corner, in 1982.¹ She died on 22 November 2008 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹
     From 1982, her married name became Hurd.¹ After her marriage, Judy J. Smart was styled as Baroness Hurd of Westwell on 13 June 1997.

     Maj.-Gen. Sir Thomas Maunsell was born on 10 September 1822.¹ He was the son of George Meares Maunsell and Catherine Lloyd.² He married Amy Louisa Elizabeth Burrowes, daughter of Colonel Robert Edward Burrowes and Fanny Catherine Trench, in February 1865.¹ He died on 4 July 1908 at age 85.¹
     He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the 13th Somerset Light Infantry.¹ He fought in the Punjab Campaign between 1848 and 1849, where he was wounded twice.¹ He fought in the Crimean War between 1854 and 1855, where he was severely wounded.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the 32nd Light Infantry.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the 28th Regiment.¹ He was awarded the Order of the Medjidie.¹ He fought in the Indian Mutiny between 1858 and 1860.¹ He gained the rank of Major-General.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1906.¹ He lived at Ballywilliam, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Burghclere, Newbury, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Hon. Alexander Hurd was born on 7 June 1969.² He is the son of Douglas Richard Hurd, Baron Hurd of Westwell and Tatiana Elizabeth Michele Eyre.¹ Hon. Alexander Hurd filed for divorce from an unknown person at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He married Sara V. L. Wells, daughter of Richard Wells, in 2004.¹
     He was educated at Exeter University, Exeter, Devon, England^G.²

     Amy Louisa Elizabeth Burrowes was the daughter of Colonel Robert Edward Burrowes and Fanny Catherine Trench.^2,1 She married Maj.-Gen. Sir Thomas Maunsell, son of George Meares Maunsell and Catherine Lloyd, in February 1865.¹ She died in 1919.¹
     From February 1865, her married name became Maunsell.

     George Edward Scarlett Maunsell was born on 12 January 1871.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Thomas Maunsell and Amy Louisa Elizabeth Burrowes.² He married Kathleen Enid Carpenter, daughter of Reverend E. Stanley Carpenter, in September 1922.¹ He died, without issue.¹
     He lived at Burghclere, Newbury, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Ballywilliam, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹

     Reverend E. Stanley Carpenter lived at Highcliff, Christchurch, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Kathleen Enid Carpenter is the daughter of Reverend E. Stanley Carpenter.² She married George Edward Scarlett Maunsell, son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Thomas Maunsell and Amy Louisa Elizabeth Burrowes, in September 1922.¹
     From September 1922, her married name became Maunsell.
