He was educated at Gordonstoun School, Elgin, Morayshire, ScotlandG.1 He graduated from St. Andrew’s University, St. Andrews, Fife, ScotlandG, in 1960 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Hay, of Park [N.S., 1663] on 3 February 1993.1 He lived in 2003 at 77 Randolph Avenue, London, EnglandG.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.
