     He was educated at Monroe High School, Rochester, Monroe County, New York, U.S.A.^G.¹ He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Horse Artillery.¹ He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1960 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in 1978.¹ He was chairman of the Bar Council in 1987.¹ He lived in 2003 at 4 Eldon Road, London, England^G.¹

     S/Ldr. Roger John Stuart Scott was born on 18 July 1939.¹ He is the son of S/Ldr. John Ernest Dudley Scott and Ethel Daphne Smith.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Alexandra Lynch, daughter of Alexander Lynch and Kathleen O’Brien, on 15 July 1967.¹ He and Mary Alexandra Lynch were divorced in 1991.¹ He married, secondly, Sally Constance Golege-Steel, daughter of Captain Donald Henry Alfred Golege-Steel and Constance Mary Nye, on 18 July 1991.^1,2
     He was educated at Uppingham School, Uppingham, Rutland, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Air Force Technical College, Henlow, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force.¹ He and Sally Constance Golege-Steel lived in 2007 at Sarasota, Florida, U.S.A.^G.²

     Daphne Charmian Scott was born on 22 May 1942.¹ She was the daughter of S/Ldr. John Ernest Dudley Scott and Ethel Daphne Smith.¹ She married Jeremy David Pickett-Heaps, son of Harold S. Pickett-Heaps, on 18 January 1964.¹ She died on 5 June 1971 at age 29, killed in a flying accident.¹
     Daphne Charmian Scott usually went by her middle name of Charmian.¹ From 18 January 1964, her married name became Pickett-Heaps.¹

     Georgina Rosemary Scott was born on 31 December 1944.¹ She is the daughter of S/Ldr. John Ernest Dudley Scott and Ethel Daphne Smith.¹ She married Peter Machin on 8 November 1969.¹
     From 8 November 1969, her married name became Machin.¹ She lived in 2003 at 30 Frankley Buildings, Camden Road, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Frederick Denys Scott was born on 2 December 1909.¹ He was the son of Hon. Denys Scott and Lillias Amy Stuart.¹ He died in 1996.¹
     He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry (Special Reserve.)¹

     Eustace Ian Scott was born on 18 April 1911.¹ He was the son of Hon. Denys Scott and Lillias Amy Stuart.¹ He married Daphne Ann ffrench Blake, daughter of Lt.-Col. Arthur O’Brien ffrench Blake and Laura Iris Walker, on 22 June 1950.¹ He died on 14 April 1996 at age 84, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ As of 1976, Eustace Ian Scott lived at Lower Uppacott Farm, Tawstock, Barnstaple, Devon, England^G.²

     Daphne Ann ffrench Blake was born on 26 November 1918.² She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Arthur O’Brien ffrench Blake and Laura Iris Walker.^1,2 She married Eustace Ian Scott, son of Hon. Denys Scott and Lillias Amy Stuart, on 22 June 1950.¹
     From 22 June 1950, her married name became Scott.² She lived in 2003 at Lower Uppacott Farm, Upper Tawstock, Barnstaple, Devon, England^G.¹

     Lt.-Col. Arthur O’Brien ffrench Blake was born on 22 February 1879.¹ He was the son of Reverend Robert ffrench Blake and Mary Elizabeth Hewitt.¹ He married Laura Iris Walker, daughter of Charles Henry Walker, on 16 August 1910.¹ He died on 28 October 1973 at age 94.¹
