     Colonel Alexander Charles Broughton Mackinnon was the son of Colonel Walter Carr Mackinnon.² He married Dorothy Constance Hammick, daughter of Sir Murray Hammick and Ada Constance Searle, on 7 May 1921.¹ He died on 6 May 1942.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the 9th Gurkhas Rifles.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹

     Mairi Cynthia Mackinnon was born on 18 November 1924.¹ She is the daughter of Colonel Alexander Charles Broughton Mackinnon and Dorothy Constance Hammick.² She married James Arnold Adams on 18 September 1954.¹
     From 18 September 1954, her married name became Adams.

     James Arnold Adams married Mairi Cynthia Mackinnon, daughter of Colonel Alexander Charles Broughton Mackinnon and Dorothy Constance Hammick, on 18 September 1954.¹
     He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.)¹

     Lucy Mabel Hammick is the daughter of Sir Murray Hammick and Ada Constance Searle.²
     She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1920.¹

     Frances Grace Hammick was the daughter of Rev. Sir St. Vincent Love Hammick, 2nd Bt. and Mary Alexander.² She married George Andrew Spottiswoode, son of Andrew Spottiswoode, on 9 April 1863.¹ She died on 5 February 1933.¹
     From 9 April 1863, her married name became Spottiswoode.

     Andrew Spottiswoode is the son of John Spottiswoode of Spottiswoode and Margaret Penelope Strahan. He married Mary Longman, daughter of Thomas Norton Longman and Mary Slater.²
     He was a publisher.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹ He lived at Broom Hall, Surrey, England^G.¹

     George Andrew Spottiswoode was the son of Andrew Spottiswoode.² He married Frances Grace Hammick, daughter of Rev. Sir St. Vincent Love Hammick, 2nd Bt. and Mary Alexander, on 9 April 1863.¹ He died on 8 February 1899.¹

     Mary Caroline Hammick was the daughter of Rev. Sir St. Vincent Love Hammick, 2nd Bt. and Mary Alexander.² She died on 2 March 1934, unmarried.¹

     Rachel Hammick was the daughter of Rev. Sir St. Vincent Love Hammick, 2nd Bt. and Mary Alexander.² She married Everard Allen Ford, son of Reverend Joseph Ford, on 25 January 1877.¹ She died on 14 May 1935.¹
     From 25 January 1877, her married name became Ford.

     Reverend Joseph Ford was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ He lived at Hampstead, London, England^G.¹
