     Helen Lucy Johnstone Barrington is the daughter of Captain Richard Williams Barrington and Henrietta Maria Jane Johnstone.¹ She married John Molesworth Staples, son of Maj.-Gen. Thomas Staples and Grace Wolseley, on 26 April 1905.¹
     From 26 April 1905, her married name became Staples.¹

     John Molesworth Staples was born on 2 May 1869.² He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Thomas Staples and Grace Wolseley.^1,2 He married Helen Lucy Johnstone Barrington, daughter of Captain Richard Williams Barrington and Henrietta Maria Jane Johnstone, on 26 April 1905.¹ He died on 22 May 1948 at age 79.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Thomas Staples was born in September 1824.² He was the son of Reverend John Molesworth Staples and Anne Alexander.² He married Grace Wolseley, daughter of Venerable William Hulbert Wolseley and Elizabeth Dawson, on 11 June 1868.² He died on 24 October 1886 at age 62.²
     He gained the rank of Major-General in the Bengal Staff Corps.²

     Anne Barrington was the daughter of Daniel Barrington and Anne Williams.^1,2 She married Colonel Walter Carr Mackinnon on 29 November 1866.¹ She died in 1886.¹
     From 29 November 1866, her married name became Mackinnon.¹

     Colonel Walter Carr Mackinnon married Anne Barrington, daughter of Daniel Barrington and Anne Williams, on 29 November 1866.¹ He died on 1 February 1899.²
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the 87th Royal Irish Fusiliers.³ He gained the rank of Colonel in the 3rd Buffs.¹

     Mary Anne Charlotte Barrington was the daughter of Daniel Barrington and Anne Williams.^2,3 She married John Bayly, son of John Bayly and Catherine Yates, on 3 September 1857.² She died on 31 August 1870.² She was also reported to have died on 31 July 1870.³
     From 3 September 1857, her married name became Bayly.²

     John Bayly was born on 30 November 1830.² He was the son of John Bayly and Catherine Yates.³ He married Mary Anne Charlotte Barrington, daughter of Daniel Barrington and Anne Williams, on 3 September 1857.¹ He died on 15 November 1890 at age 59.¹ He was also reported to have died on 15 November 1899.²
