     Emanuel Downing was baptised on 12 August 1585 at St. Lawrence, Ipswich, Suffolk, England^G.² He was the son of George Downing.² He married, firstly, Anne Ware, daughter of Sir James Ware and Mary Bryden.¹ He married, secondly, Lucy Winthrop, daughter of Adam Winthrop and Anne Browne, on 10 April 1622 at Groton, Suffolk, England^G.² He died after November 1660.²

     Martha Ware is the daughter of Sir James Ware and Mary Bryden.¹ She married Sir William Piers, son of Henry Piers and Jane Jones.¹
     Her married name became Piers.¹

     David John Wyldbore Floyd was born on 12 November 1929.¹ He is the son of Sir John Duckett Floyd, 6th Bt. and Jocelin Evadne Wyldbore-Smith.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the 15th/19th King’s Royal Hussars.¹ On 9 December 1949 at Germany^G accidentally on killed on service.¹

     Simon Richard Vivian Troughton was born in 1953.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Hugh Willis Troughton and Constance Gillean Mitford.¹

     Richard Nevill Cannon was born on 16 May 1906 at England.² He married Lelia Farmar, daughter of Egbert Farmar and Mary Breene, in 1937 at Westminster, London, England.² He died on 24 November 1986 at age 80 at Sussex, England.²
     He lived at Coombe Place, Lewes, Sussex, England^G.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) on 1 January 1957.¹

     Victoria Jane Cannon is the daughter of Richard Nevill Cannon and Lelia Farmar.^2,3 She married, firstly, John Edmund Kincaid Floyd, son of Sir John Duckett Floyd, 6th Bt. and Jocelin Evadne Wyldbore-Smith, on 27 January 1965.¹ She and John Edmund Kincaid Floyd were divorced in 1978.¹ She married, secondly, Bryan Norman after 1978.¹
     From 27 January 1965, her married name became Floyd. From after 1978, her married name became Norman.¹

     Clare Victoria Floyd was born on 13 October 1966.¹ She is the daughter of John Edmund Kincaid Floyd and Victoria Jane Cannon.² She married David Simon Townshend Boscawen, son of Simon John Evelyn Boscawen and Judith Perdita Rosemary Marshall, in 1993.¹
     From 1993, her married name became Boscawen.

     David Simon Townshend Boscawen was born on 24 May 1965.² He is the son of Simon John Evelyn Boscawen and Judith Perdita Rosemary Marshall.² He married Clare Victoria Floyd, daughter of John Edmund Kincaid Floyd and Victoria Jane Cannon, in 1993.¹

     Nicola Anne Floyd was born on 29 December 1967.¹ She is the daughter of John Edmund Kincaid Floyd and Victoria Jane Cannon.² She married Henry Pettifer, son of David Pettifer, on 1 June 1996.¹
     From 1 June 1996, her married name became Pettifer.
