He graduated from University of Victoria, Victoria, British Columbia, CanadaG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was educated at Shawnigan Lake School, Shawnigan Lake, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaG.1 He was a practising barrister and solicitor in 1974.1 He was a partner of Russell and DuMoulin.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Piers, of Tristernagh Abbey, co. Westmeath [E., 1660/1] on 1 January 1996.2 He lived at 2100-1075 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.1
