     Lucretia Georgiana Folkes was the daughter of Sir Martin Browne ffolkes, 1st Bt. and Fanny Turner.² She married Sir Edward West on 26 August 1822.¹ She died on 15 October 1828.¹
     From 26 August 1822, her married name became West.

     Martin William Browne ffolkes was born on 16 January 1819.¹ He was the son of Sir William John Henry Browne ffolkes, 2nd Bt. and Charlotte Philippa Browne.² He married Henrietta Bridget Wale, daughter of General Sir Charles Wale and Henrietta Brent, on 30 March 1843 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^1,3 He died on 12 July 1849 at age 30.¹
     He lived at Congham Lodge, Norfolk, England^G.¹

     General Sir Charles Wale was born on 16 August 1765.² He is the son of Thomas Wale and Louisa Rudolphina Prediger Raften.² He married Louisa Sherard, daughter of Reverend Castel Sherard, in 1793.² He married Isabella Johnson, daughter of Reverend George Johnson, in 1808.² He married, thirdly, Henrietta Brent, daughter of Reverend Thomas Brent, in 1815.² He died on 20 March 1845 at age 79.²
     He was educated at Wisbech Grammar School, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, England.² He was commissioned in 1779, in the service of the 88th Foot.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1780 in the 97th Foot.² He held the office of Governor of Martinique between 1812 and 1815.² He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)³ He lived at The Hall, Little Shelford, Cambridgeshire, England^G.³

     Henrietta Bridget Wale was born on 24 September 1816 at Little Shelford, Cambridgeshire, England.² She was the daughter of General Sir Charles Wale and Henrietta Brent.^3,4 She married Martin William Browne ffolkes, son of Sir William John Henry Browne ffolkes, 2nd Bt. and Charlotte Philippa Browne, on 30 March 1843 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^1,2 She died on 14 November 1855 at age 39 at Hillington, Norfolk, England.^1,2
     From 30 March 1843, her married name became ffolkes.
