     Brig.-Gen. Ronald Campbell Machachlan married Elinor Mary Cox, daughter of Dr. J. C. Cox, on 7 January 1908.¹ He died on 11 August 1917, killed in action.¹
     He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He fought in the First World War.² He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in the Rifle Brigade.¹

     Dr. J. C. Cox lived at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹

     Heinrich Graf zu Ortenburg was born on 11 October 1956. He is the son of Alram Graf zu Ortenburg and Agathe Gräfin von Schaesberg. He married Désirée Margaretha Victoria Sibylla Katharina Maria Prinzessin von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, daughter of Johann Georg Prinz von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and Birgitta Ingeborg Alice Bernadotte, Princess of Sweden, on 21 September 1990 at Weitrammsdorf, Germany^G, in a civil marriage. Heinrich and Désirée Margaretha Victoria Sibylla Katharina Maria were also married in a religious ceremony on 6 October 1990 at Hechingen, Baden-Württemburg, Germany.

     Alram Graf zu Ortenburg was born in 1925.¹ He was the son of Franz Carl Julius Albrecht Graf zu Ortenburg and Ilona zo Semse.¹ He died in 2007.¹

     Agathe Gräfin von Schaesberg gained the title of Gräfin von Schaesberg.

     Bridget Holland was the daughter of Henry Holland.¹ She married, firstly, Daniel Craufurd, son of Sir Alexander Craufurd of Kilbirnie, 1st Bt. and Jane Crokatt, on 26 April 1798.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Robert Wilmot, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Robert Meade Wilmot, 2nd Bt. and Mary Woollett, on 26 May 1817.¹ She died on 30 December 1844.²
     From 26 April 1798, her married name became Craufurd. Her married name became Wilmot.

     Sir Robert Wilmot, 3rd Bt. was born on 5 July 1765.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Meade Wilmot, 2nd Bt. and Mary Woollett.² He married, firstly, Lucy Grimston, daughter of Robert Grimston, on 29 March 1796.¹ He married, secondly, Bridget Holland, daughter of Henry Holland, on 26 May 1817.² He died on 13 July 1842 at age 77.²
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Wilmot, of Chaddesden, co. Derby [G.B., 1759] in September 1793.¹

     Wolfgang von Hohenzollern was born in 1450. He was the son of Albrecht III Achilles Kurfürst von Brandenburg and Margarethe Markgräfin von Baden. He died in 1450.

     Charlotte Anne Trench was born on 13 January 1871.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. Frederic Sydney Charles Trench and Lady Anne Le Poer Trench.¹ She married Alan Theodore Smythe, son of Richard Altamont Smythe, on 11 March 1903.¹ She died on 28 August 1947 at age 76, leaving issue.¹
     From 11 March 1903, her married name became Smythe.¹
