     He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He lived at Chardstock, Somerset, England^G.¹ He lived at Chaffcombe, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Elizabeth Lambert is the daughter of unknown Lambert.¹ She married John Every, son of John Every and Magdalen (?).¹
     Her married name became Every.

     Sir Simon Every, 1st Bt. was born in 1602.¹ He was the son of John Every and Elizabeth Lambert.² He married Anne Leigh, daughter of Sir Henry Leigh.¹ He died circa 1647.¹
     He was educated at Wadham College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Receiver-General for the Duchy of Lancaster between 1636 and 1643.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Leicester in 1640.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Every, of Egginton, co. Derby [England] on 26 May 1641.¹ He was a royalist during the Civil War.¹

     Anne Leigh was the daughter of Sir Henry Leigh.¹ She married, firstly, Sir Simon Every, 1st Bt., son of John Every and Elizabeth Lambert.¹ She married, secondly, Lawrence Squibb in June 1653.¹ She died in 1673.¹
     Her married name became Every. From June 1653, her married name became Squibb.¹

     Sir Henry Every, 2nd Bt. was baptised on 15 November 1629.¹ He was the son of Sir Simon Every, 1st Bt. and Anne Leigh.² He married Vere Herbert, daughter of Sir Henry Herbert and unknown wife (?).¹ He died on 29 September 1700 at age 70.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Every, of Egginton, co. Derby [E., 1641] circa 1647.¹ He was educated at Christ’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Henry Herbert was born in 1595.² He was the son of Richard Herbert and Magdalen Newport.² He married, firstly, unknown wife (?)² He married, secondly, Eliabeth Offley, daughter of Sir Robert Offley, circa 1650.² He died on 27 April 1673.²
     He held the office of Gentleman of hte Privy Chamber.² He held the office of Master of the Revels between 1623 and 1642, to King James I and King Charles I.¹ He was appointed Knight in August 1623.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Worcestershire in 1648.² He held the office of Master of the Revels between 1660 and 1663, to King Charles II.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bewdley between 1661 and 1673.²

     Vere Herbert was born on 29 August 1627.² She was the daughter of Sir Henry Herbert and unknown wife (?)² She married Sir Henry Every, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Simon Every, 1st Bt. and Anne Leigh.¹ She died circa December 1707.¹ She was buried on 26 February 1706/7.¹
     Her married name became Every.

     Sir Henry Every, 3rd Bt. was born in 1649.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Every, 2nd Bt. and Vere Herbert.² He married Anne Russell, daughter of Sir Francis Russell, 2nd Bt. and Anne Lytton.¹ He married Mary Tracy, daughter of John Tracy, 3rd Viscount Tracy of Rathcoole and Hon. Elizabeth Leigh, on 30 April 1685.¹ He died on 1 September 1709, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Every, of Egginton, co. Derby [E., 1641] on 29 September 1700.¹

     John Bruce, 3rd of Cultmalundy is the son of Lucas Bruce, 2nd of Cultmalundy and Christian Ruthven.² He married Euphemia Elphinstone, daughter of Alexander Elphinstone, 1st Lord Elphinstone and Elizabeth Barlow.¹
