He lived at Shrewsbury School, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Merton College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Evans, of Wightwick Hall, Wolverhampton, co.
