Jerome Fane de Salis, 4th Comte de Salis1 
He was given the name of Jerome de Salis at birth.3 He succeeded as the 4th Comte de Salis [H.R.E., 1748] on 20 November 1807.4 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Middlesex.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Middlesex.1 In December 1835 his name was legally changed to Jerome Fane de Salis by Royal Licence.3
