Lt.-Gen. Rodolph John Hibernius Leslie Fane de Salis1 

Lt.-Gen. Rodolph John Hibernius Leslie Fane de Salis was born on 9 May 1811.1 He was the son of Jerome Fane de Salis, 4th Comte de Salis and Henrietta Foster.1 He married Augusta Letitia Robinson on 8 November 1875.1 He died on 13 March 1880 at age 68.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.3 He was educated at Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.3 He gained the rank of Colonel in the 8th Hussars.3 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)3

Augusta Letitia Robinson married, firstly, General Adolfus Derville before 1875.3 She married, secondly, Lt.-Gen. Rodolph John Hibernius Leslie Fane de Salis, son of Jerome Fane de Salis, 4th Comte de Salis and Henrietta Foster, on 8 November 1875.1 She died on 21 February 1929.1
