She was president Order League of Mercy.4 After her marriage, Blanche Holden was styled as Baroness Ludlow on 25 March 1903. From 25 March 1903, her married name became Lopes.

Sussex [U.K., 1826] on 3 November 1899.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Staff Captain in 1915.1 He gained the rank of Brigade Major in 1916.1 He gained the rank of Major and Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Tanks Corps.1 On 21 April 1917 his name was legally changed to Thomas Evelyn Scott-Ellis by Royal Licence.1 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in 1927.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the 4th/5th Battalion, Royal Scots Fusiliers.1 He was Trustee of the Tate Gallery between 1938 and 1946.1
