     From 1702/3, her married name became Weldon.1

Pole Cosby1

     From 2 March 1730, her married name became Meredyth.

     From 1768, her married name became Upton.1 From 1 December 1771, her married name became Maxwell.1 After her marriage, Sarah Cosby was styled as Countess of Farnham on 1 December 1771.
