     Katherine Lo Savio Balke was the daughter of W. W. Balke.² She married Sir Rudolph Edgar Francis de Trafford, 5th Bt., son of Sir Humphrey Francis de Trafford, 3rd Bt. and Violet Alice Maud Franklin, on 2 February 1939.¹ She died on 15 September 1993.³
     From 2 February 1939, her married name became de Trafford.

     Joseph Alexander Drummond Kirkpatrick is the son of Lt.-Col. T. D. Kirkpatrick.¹ He married Lady Muriel Maud Stuart Bethune, daughter of David Clarke Bethune, 11th Earl of Lindsay and Emily Marian Crosse, on 31 December 1929.¹
     He gained the rank of in the Devonshire Regiment.¹

     Sarah Sharples was born on 2 March 1804 at Blackburn, Lancashire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Sharples and Susan Bennet.¹

     Hon. John Martin Lindesay-Bethune was born on 27 November 1929.¹ He was the son of William Tucker Lindesay-Bethune, 14th Earl of Lindsay and Marjory Cross.^2,1 He married, firstly, Enriqueta Mary Jeanne Koch de Gooreynd, daughter of Peter Maurice Jacques Koch de Gooreynd and Joan Margaret Douglas, on 1 January 1953.¹ He and Enriqueta Mary Jeanne Koch de Gooreynd were divorced in 1976.¹ He married, secondly, Jean Maxwell Brickman, daughter of Brigadier Eric Brickman, in 1977.¹ He died on 18 June 2013 at age 83.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Scots Guards.¹ He was educated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at Muircambus, Elie, Fife, Scotland^G.¹
