     Edmond Butler was the son of James Butler.² He married Ellen Butler, daughter of Edmund Butler FitzThomas.¹ He died in October 1663, without issue.¹
     He inherited one quarter of the family estates under settlement of 14 November 1626.¹ On 22 June 1652 300 acres were allotted to him in County Clare by Athlone Commissioners.¹ On 11 October 1652 the rest of his family were forfeited by Act of Parliament.¹ On 23 February 1653 he had a certificate of transplantation.¹ On 8 May 1657 the lands of Shranagollen were set out to him by Loughrea Commissioners.¹ On 5 August 1663 he was never transplanted and on the Restoration he had a Decree of Innocence, by which 577 acres of Boytonrath were restored to him for life.¹

     Ellen Butler is the daughter of Edmund Butler FitzThomas.¹ She married, secondly, Edmond Butler, son of James Butler.¹ She married, firstly, Thomas Tobyn.¹
     Her married name became Tobyn.¹

     James Butler was the son of James Butler and Ellice Butler.² He married Mary Butler, daughter of James Butler and Lady Ellen Butler, before 1650.¹ He died on 19 February 1682.¹
     In 1659 he took up the lands in Clare set out by the Loughrea Comissioners.¹ On 6 August 1666 Boytonrath was granted to James, Duke of Ormonde.¹ On 23 January 1667 he was made of fee farm grant of Boytonrath and continued to hold it under the Dukes until 1702.¹ On 13 June 1677 he had a ‘Connaught Certificate’ confirming his lands in County Clare.¹ He lived at Shranagollen, County Clare, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Doone, County Clare, Ireland^G.³ He lived at Boytonrath, County Tipperary, Ireland^G.¹ He had three grants under the Acts of Settlement and Explanation, the last totalling 1,828 acres.¹

     Mary S. Coxhead was born in 1791.¹ She married William Chadwell Mylne, son of Robert Mylne and Mary Home, in 1813.¹ She died in 1874.¹
     From 1813, her married name became Mylne.¹

     Sir Philip Percival was Master of the Court of Wards.¹ He was Feodary of County Tipperary.¹ He lived at Burton, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Elizabeth Percival is the daughter of Sir Philip Percival.² She married Thomas Butler, son of James Butler.¹
     Her married name became Butler.

     Emily Mylne was the daughter of William Chadwell Mylne and Mary S. Coxhead.¹ She married Charles Rivington.¹ She died after 1881.¹
     Her married name became Rivington.¹

     Bower Caroline Mylne was born circa 1815 at Argyllshire, Scotland^G.¹ She was the daughter of William Chadwell Mylne and Mary S. Coxhead.¹ She married Captain Charles Dugald Campbell, son of Duncan Campbell and Harriot Mylne, circa 1840 at Argyllshire, Scotland^G.¹
     From circa 1840, her married name became Campbell.¹

     Margaret de Peche was born in 1376.¹ She married Sir William de Montfort, son of Sir Baldwin de Montfort and Margaret de Clinton.¹

     Sir Baldwin de Montfort was born in 1348.¹ He married Margaret de Clinton, daughter of John de Clinton, 3rd Lord Clinton and Idonea de Say, in 1374.¹
