     Lt.-Col. George Leonard Thomson was born circa 1850.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. William Beveridge Thomson and Selina Maria Christopher.1 He married Fanny Madeline Jane Hanmer, daughter of Thomas Hanmer and Fanny West, on 6 October 1898 at Christ Church, Paddington, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 14 October 1898, without issue.1
     He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the 35th Royal Sussex Regiment.1

John Thomson and Bathurst Burrell.1 He was baptised on 4 June 1809 at St. Cuthbert’s, Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.1 He married Selina Maria Christopher, daughter of George Christopher, on 18 February 1841 at KarnalG.1 He died on 21 January 1863 at age 53 at Chiswick, London, EnglandG.1
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He gained the rank of Major-General in the 67th native Infantry.1
