     Helen Beatrice Newman was born on 3 December 1867 at Mayfair, London, England.^2,3 She was the daughter of Thomas Holdsworth Newman and Elizabeth Laura Smith.² She married Colonel William Vere Reeve King-Fane, son of William Dashwood Fane and Susan Millicent Reeve, on 16 May 1895.² She died on 8 March 1962 at age 94.¹
     From 16 May 1895, her married name became Fane. From September 1920, her married name became King-Fane.¹

     Henry William Newman Fane was born on 6 February 1897.¹ He was the son of Colonel William Vere Reeve King-Fane and Helen Beatrice Newman.² He married Dorothy Mary Findlay, daughter of Alexander Ogilvy Findlay, on 14 December 1946.¹ He died on 23 May 1976 at age 79.¹
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in 1915 in the Royal Artillery.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1915 and 1919.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lincolnshire in 1937.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lincolnshire in 1951.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Lincolnshire in 1952.¹ He was chairman of the Lincolnhire Police Authority in 1968.¹

     Alexander Ogilvy Findlay lived at Llantarnam, Monmouthshire, Wales^G.¹

     Dorothy Mary Findlay was the daughter of Alexander Ogilvy Findlay.² She married Henry William Newman Fane, son of Colonel William Vere Reeve King-Fane and Helen Beatrice Newman, on 14 December 1946.¹ She died in 1986.¹
     Dorothy Mary Findlay also went by the nick-name of Dotty.¹ From 14 December 1946, her married name became .

     Mary Helen Fane was born on 3 October 1947.¹ She was the daughter of Henry William Newman Fane and Dorothy Mary Findlay.² She married Michael Robin Fry in 1982.¹ She died on 10 May 2000 at age 52.¹
     From 1982, her married name became Fry.

     Samuel Henry Fane Fry was born in 1987.¹ He is the son of Michael Robin Fry and Mary Helen Fane.²

     Francis Christopher Fane was born on 9 June 1900.¹ He was the son of Colonel William Vere Reeve King-Fane and Helen Beatrice Newman.² He married Joyce Patricia Hancock, daughter of Reverend William Hugh Munely Hancock, on 11 August 1931.¹ He died on 17 June 1947 at age 47, lost at sea.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.¹

     Reverend William Hugh Munely Hancock was the son of William Edward Hancock.² He married Cicely Catherine Sherbrooke, daughter of Reverend Henry Nevile Sherbrooke and Lady Lilias Charlotte Cairns, in 1907.² He died in 1926.²
