     From 1757, her married name became Home.1

     William Home, Lord Dunglas was born on 27 November 1757.1 He was the son of Reverend Alexander Home, 9th Earl of Home and Primrose Elphinstone.1 He died circa 17 March 1781, from wounds received in action.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1778 in the Coldstream Guards.1 He fought in the Battle of Guildford on 15 March 1781.1
