     John Edward Richard Harbord-Hamond, 13th Baron Suffield was born on 10 July 1956.² He is the son of Anthony Philip Harbord-Hamond, 11th Baron Suffield and Elizabeth Eve Edgedale.² He married Katharine Margaret Lucy Seymour, daughter of Major George Raymond Seymour and Hon. Mary Quenelda Stanley Ismay, on 16 July 1983.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.² He was a practising barrister.² He lived in 2003 at 72 Brodrick Road, London, England.² He succeeded as the 13th Baron Suffield, of Suffield, co. Norfolk [G.B., 1786] on 15 January 2016. He succeeded as the 14th Baronet Harbord [G.B., 1746] on 15 January 2016.
