He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for West Looe between 1816 and 1832.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Hulse [G.B., 1739] on 30 September 1816.1
