     Sir Henry Dudley was the son of John Dudley, 1st Duke of Northumberland and Jane Guilford.2 He married, firstly, Winifred Rich, daughter of Richard Rich, 1st Baron Rich and Elizabeth Jenks.1 He married Hon. Margaret Audley, daughter of Thomas Audley, 1st and last Baron Audley of Walden and Elizabeth Grey, before 1557.3 He died on 10 August 1557 at St. Quentin de Baron, France, killed in action.2
     He fought in the Siege of St. Quentin on 10 August 1557.2,4
