     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Margaret Leary is the daughter of Dr. Thomas Leary.¹ She married Samuel Watson.¹
     Her married name became Watson.¹

     Hersey Elizabeth Maltby was born in 1883 at Pimlico, London, England.² She was the daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Gerald Rivers Maltby and Hersey Eliza Cecilia Elliot.³ She married George Douglas Hugh Pigot, son of Sir George Pigot, 5th Bt. and Alice Louisa Raynsford Mackenzie, on 15 December 1910.¹ She died on 1 February 1970.¹
     From 15 December 1910, her married name became Pigot.

Alexander Gortschakov, on 29 February 1952.¹ She and Alexander Gortschakov were divorced in 1966.¹
     From 23 May 1942, her married name became Drake. From 29 February 1952, her married name became Gortschakov.¹

     Aylmer Mackworth Drake lived at Guernsey, Channel Islands^G.¹

     Havilland Anthony Mackworth Drake was the son of Aylmer Mackworth Drake.² He married Priscilla Anne Pigot, daughter of George Douglas Hugh Pigot and Hersey Elizabeth Maltby, on 23 May 1942.¹ He died on 18 July 1948.¹

     Eileen Marguerite Elinor Pigot was born circa 1880.¹ She was the daughter of Sir George Pigot, 5th Bt. and Alice Louisa Raynsford Mackenzie.² She married Lt.-Col. Reginald Baskerville Jervis Crawfurd, son of Charles William Jervis Crawfurd and Alice Eleanor Mynors, on 6 November 1906.¹ She and Lt.-Col. Reginald Baskerville Jervis Crawfurd were divorced in 1938.¹ She died on 14 August 1966.¹
     From 6 November 1906, her married name became Crawfurd. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Charles William Jervis Crawfurd was born circa 1846 at Switzerland.² He married Alice Eleanor Mynors, daughter of Reverend Edmund Baskerville Mynors and Horatia Charlotte Campbell Crawfurd, on 21 June 1877 at Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England.^3,2 He died on 2 March 1918 at Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, England.² He was buried on 6 March 1918 at Doveridge, Derbyshire, England.²
     He was given the name of Charles William Jervis Smith at birth.¹ On 13 September 1909 his name was legally changed to Charles William Jervis Crawfurd buy Royal Licence, on the death of his wife’s uncle, J. O. Crawfurd. He lived at Brocksford Hall, Derbyshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Great Fenton, Staffordshire, England.³
