     From 28 September 1968, her married name became Pigot. She lived in 2003 at Gardle House, St. Luke’s Drive, Bembridge, Isle of Wight, England^G.¹ She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 2015.³

     Maj.-Gen. Sir Robert Anthony Pigot, 7th Bt. was born on 6 July 1915.² He was the son of George Douglas Hugh Pigot and Hersey Elizabeth Maltby.² He married, firstly, Honor Amelia Gibbon, daughter of Captain Wilfred St. Martin Gibbon, on 7 October 1942.² He married, secondly, Sarah Anne Colville, daughter of David Richard Colville and Lady Joan Child-Villiers, on 28 September 1968.¹ He died on 30 November 1986 at age 71 at Bembridge, Isle of Wight, England.^1,3

Sir Robert Anthony Pigot, 7th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Anthony.¹ He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England^G.² He fought in the Second World War, he was mentioned in despatches.² He was with the Directing Staff between 1946 and 1948 at Staff College, Camberley, Surrey, England^G.² He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Marines.² He was Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1959.² He was Chief of Staff, Royal Marines between 1960 and 1964.² He was Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1964.² He was managing director of Bone Brothers between 1964 and 1966.² He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Pigot, of Patshull, Staffordshire [G.B., 1764] on 27 December 1977.¹

     Catherine Colville was born on 25 April 1935.¹ She is the daughter of David Richard Colville and Lady Joan Child-Villiers.² She married Commander Warren Llewellyn Russell Euan Gilchrist, son of Major Euan James Leslie Warren Gilchrist, on 1 March 1958.¹
     From 1 March 1958, her married name became Gilchrist. She lived in 2003 at Rookhill, Monk Sherbe, Basingstoke, Hampshire, England^G.¹
